Abstract: This case study explores the strategic response of the Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski St. Moritz, a renowned five-star luxury hotel in the Swiss Alps, to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Examining the hotel’s experiences from the initial impact in February 2020 to the ongoing adaptations, this study sheds light on the critical decisions, safety measures, and operational adjustments undertaken during an unprecedented global crisis.
